The Innovation Accelerator (iAccelerator) is a mentorship-driven acceleration programme, which aims to promote an entrepreneurial spirit among young people, and encourages them to think critically and creatively on issues related to sexual and reproductive health.
The iAccelerator is a countrywide selection of sustainable and scalable youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health projects.
4 teams won grants worth 10,000 USD to set up and implement their projects.
The mentorship programme was created as a means of guiding young genocide survivors by pairing them with mentors. This programme provides life skills through youth conversations on various topics such as, financial fitness, career guidance, patriotism, and leadership skills.

The Youth Forum Series brings together specific segments of youth and features exceptional speakers on topics ranging from professionalism, entrepreneurship, communication and economic self-reliance.
28 forums have been organised, focusing on themes such as: Strong and Dignified, What Do You Stand For?, Entrepreneurship Opportunities in Africa.
The Celebrating Young Rwandan Achievers (CYRWA) awards were established in December 2007 to honour outstanding young Rwandans who strive toward the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishments.
The award ceremony is held every 2 years. To date, 48 individuals have been awarded.
